Carat India wins media mandate for Croma

The agency will handle media strategy and buying rights for India’s leading and trusted omni-channel consumer durables and electronics

Carat, the media agency from dentsu India, has bagged the media mandate for Croma - an Indian retail chain of consumer electronics and durables from the house of Infiniti Retail. The account was won following a multi-agency pitch and will be serviced from the agency’s Mumbai office.

As per the mandate, Carat India will oversee the brand’s media planning and buying rights (Traditional + Digital). The agency will also partner with the larger teams at dentsu India to drive the full-funnel marketing needs of the client, further driving outcome-based solutions for the next phase of their exponential growth, keeping customers at the core of its planning and execution.

Meenakshi Samantaray, former Director of Marketing and Public Relations at ZEE LIVE, has been promoted as the Vice President of Marketing, Public Relations & Partnerships at ZEE LIVE.

She started her career as a management trainee at Reliance Broadcast Network and then worked as a brand manager at Hindustan Unilever.

She was the Deputy Manager (Marketing) of Future Group India for two years and National Marketing Manager of ACC Cement Holcim for a year. She is an alumnus and gold medalist both in Symbiosis International University and Pune University.

Voot Select is all geared up to take cricket aficionados on a nail-biting journey of the 2020/21 India tour of Australia in its upcoming web series, titled ‘Bandon Mein Tha Dum’. Ahead of its release, the platform launched the riveting trailer of the Neeraj Pandey directorial at its launch event in Mumbai, to give viewers a sneak peek into India’s historic win against Australia, the world’s no. 1 Test side. The web series will soon premiere exclusively on Voot Select.

MY FM – On Ground Activations are Back!

Brings back various On-Ground IPs across markets

MY FM the radio network arm of DB Corp Ltd has announced a series of on ground activations across all its markets. The best part of being a radio network which is truly local is that there are multiple large scale events happening across various markets at the same time customised as per local preferences.

MY FM has announced series of activations across its various markets i.e. Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Indore, and Raipur. In the coming months more cities in the network will start such massive on ground celeb events. The events vary from Folk Music to Stand-up Comedy to Fusion to Reality Contest and Biggest Kitty party. The events will see some prominent celebs Gaur Gopal Das, Kirtidan Gadhvi, Kabir Café, Shailesh Lodha, Shamita Shetty to name a few.

Speaking about these initiatives Rahul Namjoshi CEO MY FM said, “I am absolutely thrilled that on ground events are back with a bang, we have already executed 4-5 on ground events across markets witnessing massive participation.
