India's Union Minister of state for Commerce and Industry, Anupriya Patel, will deliver the inaugural keynote address. Maharashtra deputy Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis, will deliver the Valedictory address.

The day-long Summit will assemble top policy makers, BFSI leaders and regulators to draw the financial freedom roadmap.

Money9, India's first and only multimedia multilingual personal finance platform, promoted by TV9 Network, will host a day long Financial Freedom Summit (FFS) in Mumbai on Wednesday, March 15.

The Financial Freedom Summit (FFS) comes in the backdrop of India's first independent country wide personal finance survey conducted by Money9 late last year.

While India has made significant strides in its financial inclusion agenda during the last decade, the Money9 Personal Finance Survey found out that we were yet far away from achieving our true goal of financial freedom for 1.4 billion citizens of the country. The Survey also highlighted several other gap areas in the inclusion ecosystem.

To bridge the gap, TV9 Financial Freedom Summit (FFS) has gathered top policy makers, BFSI leaders and regulators to deliberate through the day for a robust action plan.

Ms Anupriya Patel, Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, will deliver the inaugural address. Maharashtra deputy Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis, will deliver the valedictory address.

The other esteemed speakers and panelists at the Summit include Nilesh Shah of Kotak MF, Radhika Gupta of Edelweiss AMC, and top domain experts like Harsh Roongta, Saugata Bhattacharya, Chief Economist Axis Bank, Hemant Rustagi, CEO Wiseinvest, among others.

Speaking about the Summit, Barun Das, MD & CEO, TV9 Network, said, "India has truly fast tracked the financial freedom agenda during the last decade. But given the gigantic inequity that we started with, we have yet a long road to traverse. TV9 Financial Freedom Summit is a modest effort to help identify bottlenecks and recommend a mitigation plan."

"To my mind, while the supply side has been by and large established, the demand side is yet to be fully addressed to. Our endeavour at Money9 is to play a pivotal role to help bridge the gap" Barun added.

The day-long Summit will feature power sessions and theme keynotes to drive the financial inclusion agenda.

1. Reimagining financial inclusion

2. How to leverage financial inclusion to financial security

3. How to boost India’s savings

4, What is next for Mutual funds

5. Can FinTech’s drive financial inclusion

6. How to enhance trust of small investors among others.

The Financial Freedom Summit will be featured prominently across the broadcast and digital assets of TV9 Network from 2pm onwards on Wednesday.

Category leader and the pioneer in kids’ entertainment, Nickelodeon continues to engage and entertain young minds through its thought-provoking and compelling initiatives.

In today’s world, children are often exposed to unrealistic beauty standards, societal pressures and comparisons that leave a lasting impact. Recognizing this and staying true to the commitment of always being there for kids, Nickelodeon’s latest edition of its global pro-socio initiative ‘Together For Good’ encourages kids to celebrate their individuality and believe that they are #OneOfAKind.

Through its innovative initiative, this season of ‘Together For Good’ is all set to inspire self-acceptance and self-love amongst kids and will help them in developing a strong sense of a positive self-image. In its quintessential creative style, Together For Good will see Nicktoons - Chikoo, Bunty, Motu, and Patlu, bring alive the message of the initiative through two engaging, fun, and light-hearted films propagating this message.

Speaking on the latest edition of Together For Good, Nina Elavia Jaipuria, Head, Hindi Mass Entertainment and Kids TV Network at Viacom18, said, “Nickelodeon as a brand believes that every child is special, unique and worthy of celebrating. Keeping this brand belief at the core of all that we do, this year’s’ ‘Together For Good’ focuses on imbibing self-acceptance and self-love among kids. In a day and age of severe stress and comparisons that kids are faced with, we are hopeful that our initiative with the powerful message of ‘You are #OneOfAKind’ will strike a chord and help them tackle the curveballs that life inevitably throws at them”

Driving the message of #OneOfAKind further, Nickelodeon will leave no stone unturned in reaching out to kids through on ground engagements, partnerships, contests, dialogues with mom bloggers, teachers, and advocacy groups. Kids will be encouraged to take the “I am #OneOfAKind” pledge on the Nick India website. To promote this initiative further, an Instagram and Facebook AR Frame has been created to inspire kids to be at ease with themselves without any filter. Elevating the innovation game, Nickelodeon will also launch a ‘Jaadu Ki Jhappi’ movement, one hug at a time! Adding to the scale of the campaign will be an interesting and thought-provoking panel discussion with eminent panellists from different walks of life discussing self-love and the role of parents and educators in cultivating a sense of self-worth in children.
