indiansoldiers.co.in – A portal saluting the Indian Soldiers

Augmentation of digital media has certainly given wings to many great ideas in the world. Who in the world could have ever imagined that socializing with friends and family would be so easy but Facebook made the world come together on a single wall. Similarly Patriotism is one virtue that almost everybody feels very strongly about and one word that signifies a patriotic picture in our minds is indeed the Indian Army.

In the past we have seen many TV channels and other conventional mediums connecting with the Indian army personnel in a big way but none of them were able sustain that link of exchange.

Not only the family members of these officers or ex officers extend gratitude towards them but we as a common man, who feel protected day and night due to them, surely need to create a channel for expression of thoughts to have a regular window for us to articulate our notions about these men on mission and especially who were and now are in gloom.

In order to give them a new life of hope and respect Ambreen Zaidi, an army wife and a media person has introduces a website to facilitate encouragement to a large number of deserving soldiers.

indiansoldiers.co.in is a website, primarily to honour the retired/shaheed soldiers, belonging to all the defence forces of India including Police, CRPF, TA etc. The website is an attempt to highlight the commendable job done by them during their service to their respective organisations, but are now leading a life of misery.

The website also brings into light the life of the widows and orphans of martyrs, who now have to run from pillar to post even for the most basic of their rights like pension, medical assistance etc.

indiansoldier.co.in aims to bridge the gap between these unsung but brave people and the civilian world, which is oblivious to the great sacrifices, which go unnoticed. People of India have a high respect for their men in uniform and indiansoldier.co.in gives them an opportunity to reciprocate their feelings to the people who need them the most. Everyday a soldier is dying somewhere, but it is largely ignored by the major fraction of media.

The portal aims to salute them and their families!
